- Our consultants and Partner spend time upfront with the Hiring Manager and HR Leader to understand the hiring company’s culture, deliverables for the role, profiles of current high performers in the system and future growth strategy of the company.
- This information is superimposed on the compensation budget for the role, qualifications needed, experience profile, etc. to arrive at a long list of suitable candidates (a maximum of ten candidates). There are many methods to arrive at this long list: industry referrals, our internal database of talent, and other digital media are scanned, leveraging our expertise and in-house research tools. The long list of candidates is further reviewed and assessed by a partner before a shortlist of three candidates is prepared for the client to interview.
- Given our tight processes and deadlines, we are able to provide a shortlist within ten days.
- 85% of the mandates that we work on are closed by selecting one of the candidates on the shortlist. This ensures that the hiring cycle gets considerably shortened, provided the client is committed to completing interviews within a short timeframe.
- Our process does not end here. We advise both the client and candidate on compensation negotiations, ensuring a win-win for both parties.
- We also handhold the new leader for six months to ensure that (s)he integrates seamlessly within the organization after effective onboarding.
